Had a horrible experience in this store with a cashier (Maddy) who was the terrible combination of incompetent and obnoxious. She was incapable of ringing up my order correctly. I finally gave up and left all my items behind. Walgreens is further but I'll head there next time.
Wow. This place is sooooo rude. Do not ever go this place for your prescription. The female Indian pharmacist would not admit that she did wrong job and let us wait for another 45 minute after waiting for 30 minutes. The male pharmacist is equally rude and bad. Absolutely rude and slow. My doctors office tried to talk to them and they said we do not talk to other people through customer's phone. They did not even try to call my doctor.
I was amazed to stand there and watch the cashier argue with this woman who was upset for being treated rudely. It was bad enough that there was a long wait and that the cashiers overall demeanor was pretty gloomy to begin with but watching her argue with this woman was ridiculous. The woman was right, the cashier was rude in her response. I understand what the cashier meant to say but she didn't convey it that way. That was a pretty sad public display on the cashier.
I only use the pharmacy here but I very much appreciate both the pharmacist and the entire staff. They are very informative and patient as well as friendly and genuine. Always a positive experience!
Pharmacy is great and very helpful. Front cashier for rest of store usually closes the place 20 minutes early and acts annoyed if you try to come in then.
